Where can I find free commercial property listings that are FSBO??

I need to find a property in the Washington D.C metro area, worth about 5 million, and this is kind of God sent because I know nothing about the business and I went in to get some classes for real estate and ended up getting a job, this deal included. But now I don’t know where to start!! Please help!!!
